SYCAMORE — A 47-year-old Sycamore man was arrested August 11 after police said he was seen naked in his doorway touching himself while watching a neighbor in the 900 block of Wells Drive. Michael A. Bailey was charged with one felony count of public indecency, with the charge elevated due to prior convictions for similar offenses. Bailey, who was removed from the state sex offender registry in May, was taken into custody, given a court date, and released under the Illinois SAFE-T Act.
