ROCHELLE — Rochelle Middle School has set a Friday deadline for incoming sixth graders to submit required physical and immunization records. Families were first notified in March, and students who do not meet the requirement will be excluded from starting school on August 13 under the district’s first-day exclusion policy. Forms can be delivered to the school’s main office or faxed to (815)803-6399. No exceptions will be made.
