ROCHELLE — Rochelle Little League is warning residents about increasing illegal dumping at its facility, saying in a Facebook post that added pickup costs and prohibited items reduce funding for programs and improvements. The volunteer-run nonprofit said it will install cameras and refer anyone caught dumping to police, while asking those who recently left items to remove them without penalty.
