ROCHELLE – Rochelle Municipal Utilities will be working with a contractor this week to find the source of the leak on the newly repainted water tower. Motorists over the weekend began to notice sprinkles on their windshield as they traveled on Route 251. The city said they will be bringing in someone to investigate the problem and give recommendations for repair.
