ROCHELLE — 102.3 The Coyote and SuperHits 93.5 with the REC Center will host the annual Trick or Treat Safe House Thursday, October 23 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., welcoming children ages 0 to 12 and their parents for a fully accessible Halloween event. Attendees can enter from the south side of the REC Center and trick-or-treat from area businesses and organizations inside the REC Field House. The first 250 children will receive a free reusable Trick or Treat bag and a complimentary photo in costume. Volunteers will hand out candy and goodies throughout the event, and parking is available at the REC Center, along nearby roads, and at Walgreens.
