ROCHELLE – The City of Rochelle notes that Wendell Drive will be closed at the intersection of Rose Avenue beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, for approximately 24 hours. The closure will allow crews to pave the roadway following the installation of storm tile in the area.
