HILLCREST – The Village of Hillcrest gained a new trustee Wednesday evening. During the regular board meeting the current trustees approved the nomination by pro-tempore president Dan Potter of Jamie Bingham.
She said she hopes she can learn the ropes pretty quickly.
“This is a first for me being on a board. It’ll all be a learning process for me to see how long all this stuff takes and see if it is something that takes too long, if it could be moved along faster,” she said Wednesday night.
The longtime area resident has lived in Hillcrest since 2020.
