LELAND — A 44-year-old Plano man was arrested Sunday after allegedly jumping in front of cars on Suydam Road, causing drivers to swerve, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said Jason M. Strever was identified at the scene near Route 23 and taken into custody. He was charged with reckless conduct and obstructing a peace officer before being processed and released from the DeKalb County Jail.
