MT. MORRIS — A Mt. Morris man was arrested Monday after an investigation into a burglary in the 4000 block of West Illinois Route 64, according to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said the August 5 burglary involved numerous stolen tools, which were later found in the possession of 54-year-old Robert Disch during a follow-up investigation in the 100 block of South Wesley Avenue. Additional stolen property was recovered from another address on South Wesley Avenue. Disch was charged with theft over $500 but under $10,000, a Class 3 felony, and released from the Ogle County Jail on a notice to appear. All individuals are presumed innocent.
