ROCKFORD – A 22-year-old man is dead after a Rockford crash. Police say Drevin Tavernie died after the wreck early yesterday near Harrison and Seminary. Authorities say he was driving west on Harrison Avenue when for unknown reasons he lost control of his vehicle and hit a building. The crash remains under investigation.
