CHERRY VALLEY — A 29-year-old man is being found guilty in a deadly 2022 shooting at CherryVale Mall in Cherry Valley. Elijah Lucena was convicted of first-degree-murder. Lucena is accused of shooting and killing Marcus McLin in April 2022 in the parking lot outside the Macy’s department store at the mall.
