ROCKFORD – A 32-year-old Rockford man is accused of making a bomb threat against the Hard Rock Casino in Rockford. Police say Joshua Ellsworth called in the bomb threat Tuesday to the casino. He was arrested at his home and charged with disorderly conduct.
