Illinois Joins Lawsuit Against Trump Administration Over Federal Funding Cuts

SPRINGFIELD – Illinois is among 22 states suing the Trump administration aiming to prevent what the plaintiffs say is “unlawful and damaging cuts to federal funding.” Gov. J.B. Pritzker said the cuts are “catastrophic.” President Donald Trump said on social media “Billions of Dollars of FRAUD, WASTE, AND ABUSE, has already been found” and losing momentum will “be very detrimental to finding the TRUTH.”
