CHICAGO — Healthcare Food Service Workers Week is observed Oct. 4 through Oct. 10 to honor food and nutrition professionals in self-operated health care facilities. The observance is organized by the Association for Healthcare Foodservice. Hospitals and care facilities recognize dietary teams for delivering safe, nutritious meals that support patient recovery.
