DEKALB — The DeKalb City Council on Monday unanimously approved a $17,459 grant from a non-TIF fund to help Burritoville at 1026 West Hillcrest Drive make roof repairs, update plumbing and electrical systems, replace two air conditioners, and install new signs, marking the second consecutive meeting the city has awarded a Fund 400 grant to a business in the Annie Glidden North neighborhood.
