Davis Junction Board Considers Well Rehab and Rolling Meadows Meter Replacement

DAVIS JUNCTION — The Davis Junction village board earlier this month discussed maintenance for Well #1, which has been in service for more than 13 years and requires rehabilitation after a previous pump failure, and approved engineering and cost estimates similar to those used for Well #2. The Rolling Meadows Mobile Home Community water meter used for sewage billing is broken, and the board authorized installation of a new village-owned meter to ensure accurate billing. The board also reviewed plans for the July 3rd celebration, confirmed an Easter Egg Hunt in March, and noted Meridian Youth League registration is open through March 27th.
