Cubs Beat The Brewers For The 3rd Straight Game, Braves Shut Out The White Sox 1-0

The Chicago Cubs won their third straight game against the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday by the score of 4-3 at Wrigley Field.

Michael Busch had a 3-run double and Matt Shaw a solo home run for the Cubs.

Collin Rea pitched into the 6th inning for his 10th win for the season.

Daniel Palencia got his 18th save by pitching the 9th inning.

The Cubs improved to (7-5) against the Brewers this year. They are 6 games back in the NL Central Division behind Milwaukee.

Brice Turang had 3 hits and an RBI for the Brewers.

The 5-game series comes to an end on Thursday afternoon in Chicago.

The Atlanta Braves shut out the Chicago White Sox on Wednesday night by the final score of 1-0.

The Braves won 2 out of 3 games in the series.

Atlanta scored the only run in the 4th inning on a throwing error.

Hurston Waldrep threw 7 scoreless inning to move his record to (4-0) for the season.

The White Sox were held to 4 hits in the game.

Chicago opens up a series at home on Friday night against the Twins.
