ROCHELLE — Josh Carney has been named this week’s Lawn of the Week winner by the Rochelle Area Chamber of Commerce. Chamber officials said recent rainfall has led to an increase in nominations for the weekly recognition program. Rochelle ACE Hardware is sponsoring the contest. Residents can continue submitting nominations through the Chamber’s online form, by email, or by scanning the QR code displayed at the current winner’s yard.
