Brush and Bloom Painting Event Returns During Petunia Festival

DIXON — Artists of all ages are invited to take part in the annual Brush and Bloom Community Painting Event on July 3 during the Petunia Festival. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon around the Old Lee County Courthouse in Dixon, with Discover Dixon providing paint and supplies for participants. Registration options range from $15 to $25 in advance, with day of registration available for $20 while space remains. Organizers said paint and supplies will not be distributed after 11 a.m. and the event will not be rescheduled if canceled because of weather.
