Tyson Bagent started under center and threw for 268 yards and an interception.
Kyle Monangai led the way for the Bears after carrying the ball 30 times for 146 yards and a couple scores. Chicago is now 3-and-1.
Geno Smith completed eight of his 15 pass attempts for 119 yards and a touchdown for Gang Green. New York is now 1-and-3.
The Bears play at Green Bay next Sunday.
