The Chicago Bears are picking up the 5th year option on the contract for starting right tackle Darnell Wright.
Wright was second team All-Pro this past season. He will make 19 million dollars in 2027.
Over the past 3 years, Wright has missed only 2 games and started in 49 games.
The Bears expect to work out a contract extension for the former 1st round draft pick in the near future.
