ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Police Department defeated the Rochelle Fire Department in the 3rd annual Battle of the Badges, a best-of-three sand volleyball match held at the Flight Deck. The free community event on Saturday served as a fundraiser for Focus House. Both teams competed for bragging rights, with police coming out on top this year.
