ROCHELLE — Law enforcement is investigating an incident in the 1000 block of Lincoln Highway where a person was pinned under a vehicle around 6 p.m. Wednesday. Police and EMS responded to the scene and transported one individual to the hospital in unknown condition. Authorities described the situation as an isolated event and said additional details are expected to be released Thursday.
