Marshall Putnam Fair Celebrates 105 Years With Scotty McCreery Concert

HENRY — The 105th annual Marshall Putnam Fair will be held July 12 through 19 at the Marshall Putnam Fairgrounds with a full week of entertainment, livestock shows, family activities, and more.

Fair board member Drew Herridge said the event is marking a milestone this year. “We’re bringing our biggest artist we’ve ever had in the history of the fair and we’re bringing country music legend, Scotty McCreery.” 

The fair opens July 12th with the County Fair Stampede 5K, vendor show, food truck festival, harness racing, and queen pageants. Other highlights during the week include a color run, wine tasting, Family Fun Night, a demolition derby, tractor pulls, livestock shows, an open car show, and Redneck Olympics. Attractions throughout the week include racing pigs, chainsaw carvings, inflatables, mini golf, a trackless train, and other family activities. Fair admission and parking are free, while tickets are still available for the July 16th concert.
