CHICAGO — A Chicago federal judge is ordering that 615 people detained by ICE must be released by November 21st. Attorneys for the detainees say many of them had no criminal background to justify their detention. Justice Jeffrey Cummings also ordered the Department of Justice to review all remaining arrests and have a list by November 19th.
