SPRINGFIELD — The Illinois Department of Employment Security said Form 1099 G tax documents are now available for people who received unemployment insurance benefits in 2025 and are required to complete state and federal tax returns, with forms accessible electronically through an IDES account, by phone through Tele Serve, or by mail for those who did not choose electronic delivery, while copies can also be picked up by appointment at local IDES offices and prior year forms going back seven years remain available online with ILogin verification.
