DEKALB – 102.3 The Coyote and hundreds of others will take the plunge at the 2nd Annual Huskie Stadium Polar Plunge on Saturday, at Northern Illinois University’s Huskie Stadium. The event, benefiting Special Olympics Illinois, begins at 10 AM with check-in and continues with the plunge at noon. Plungers will dive into a pool on the football field, and spectators are invited to cheer them on. Participants must raise at least $100 to receive an official hoodie, and costumes are encouraged. After the plunge, join the festivities at Fatty’s for exclusive drinkware and more fun.
