SYCAMORE – Youth Engaged in Philanthropy (YEP), a student-led group supported by the DeKalb County Community Foundation, is accepting applications for the 2025–2026 year through September 1. Open to all high school students in DeKalb County, YEP enters its 17th year this fall and offers members opportunities to attend monthly meetings, volunteer, and build leadership skills. The group focuses on grantmaking for youth-related programs and awarded $23,753 to 13 organizations in 2025. Students interested in joining can apply online at dekalbccf.org/yep.
