ROCKFORD — A 32-year-old woman accused of hitting a semi-truck on I-90 in Rockford is facing multiple charges. State police say Jesseeka Garrett was driving a sedan when she ran into the truck on Thursday. Officers found pills and cocaine in the vehicle. Garrett was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine. She was also cited for DUI and driving too fast for conditions.
