Whiteside Co Health Officials Warn About Rabid Bat

ROCKFALLS  —  Whiteside County health officials are warning the public about a rabid bat.  A bat that was found recently inside a home in Rock Falls has tested positive for rabies.  No further details have been released.  Rabies is most often found in wild animals such as bats, raccoons, skunks and foxes.
