The White Sox took down the Rays 5-1 to claim their series from Chicago. Shane Smith earned the win after giving up just four hits in almost six scoreless innings. Colson Montgomery and Kyle Teel drove-in a pair of runs as Chicago has won three-of-four.
Ian Seymour got the loss after surrendering three runs over five-plus innings for Tampa, which has dropped back-to-back games.
White Sox open up a series in Cleveland Friday night.
