DIXON — Children can fill their candy bags early at the Treat Street and Parade Palooza in Dixon on Oct. 25, beginning with a parade at 9 a.m. from Haymarket Square and ending with trunk or treat at OSF Circle Drive.
“We’ll have about 20 vehicles giving out candy along with downtown businesses offering treats inside and outside their doors,” said Jennifer Lang, events director with Discover Dixon. “It is a fun way to kick off Halloween weekend with costumes, a parade and lots of candy.”
