ROCHELLE — Rochelle Elementary District 231 is asking residents and students to avoid using the playground and grounds at Tilton Elementary School due to ongoing construction and repairs. The school, located at 1050 N. 9th Street, will remain an active construction site through the summer of 2026, and the closure is intended to ensure public safety.
