Josh Giddey had a season-high 29 points and 10 rebounds for Chicago. Coby White also had 29 points.
The Bulls continue to hold the final play-in spot in the Eastern Conference.
The Pacers were led by Myles Turner with 15 points.
The Bulls return to the United Center on Thursday when they take on Brooklyn.
