ROCKFORD – A 60-year-old South Carolina man faces drug charges in Rockford. Police say officers pulled over Troy Boddie Tuesday night near 15th Avenue and South 5th Street. Officers recovered more than eight grams of crack cocaine and an undisclosed amount of cash.
