Shuttle Bus Added for Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival in Rochelle

ROCHELLE — The 28th annual Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival will run August 15-17 at Atwood Park instead of downtown due to construction, and this year will include a new shuttle bus operated by Mayor John Bearrows and City Manager Jeff Fiegenschuh between the Rochelle Township High School west parking lot and the festival grounds. The shuttle will run Friday from 5-9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m.-noon. The festival will feature live music, dance performances, a parade, a car and motorcycle show, family activities, food vendors, and a beer garden.
