MONROE TWP – Monroe Township Fire Protection District responded around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to a semi-truck rollover on I-39 near mile marker 111 in the northbound ditch. The driver was evaluated at the scene and declined transport. Ogle County Sheriff’s Office and Illinois State Police assisted with the incident. Authorities remind drivers to follow Scott’s Law by slowing down and moving over for stopped emergency or maintenance vehicles.
