ROCHELLE – The Flagg-Rochelle Public Library District will host a Seed Library Kick Off on Saturday, Jan. 31, from noon to 2 p.m., giving community members a chance to collect free seeds and take part in gardening activities. The event is a collaboration with the Illinois Extension and Ogle County Master Gardeners and will include hands-on gardening activities, informational materials, and giveaways at 619 4th Avenue in Rochelle.
