RTHS Board Honors Retiring Staff Member Ann Marie Jinkins

ROCHELLE – At the Rochelle Township High School Board meeting on Monday, retiring librarian Ann Marie Jinkins was recognized for her 33 years of service. Jinkins began her career at RTHS in 1992 as a Spanish teacher, later transitioning to English, before taking on the librarian role in 2005. Throughout her tenure, she advocated strongly for the library space and established a student worker program. Jinkins also played a key role in starting several student clubs, including a literature club, a board game and Lego club, and most recently, a podcast club.
