Royals Score 3 Runs In The 9th Inning And Beat The White Sox 5-4

The Kansas City Royals scored 3 runs in the top of the 9th inning Tuesday night and beat the Chicago White Sox 5-4.

Michael Massey had a 2-run single that tied the game. Kyle Isbel had the game winning hit.

Carlos Estevez picked up his 35th save of the season by working the 9th inning for KC.

The White Sox had their 3-game winning streak come to an end. Grant Taylor took the loss in relief.

Colson Montgomery had a solo home run for Chicago.

Rubber game in the series will be played Wednesday night at Rate Field.
