ROCKFORD — A federal grand jury has indicted a 34-year-old Rockford man on charges of receipt, transportation and possession of child pornography, alleging Alex Reinhard LeDoux possessed illegal images in 2023. Prosecutors said the receipt and transportation counts each carry mandatory minimum sentences of five years and up to 20 years, while the possession count carries a maximum of 20 years. The case was investigated by the FBI with assistance from Rockford police and is being prosecuted in U.S. District Court in Rockford.
