ROCKFORD – An issue with the state is being blamed for the closure of all Rockford area Beefaroo restaurants. The eateries were shut down yesterday by order of the Illinois Department of Revenue. Reports say the company’s business certificate of registration had expired. The chain released a statement saying they are working to resolve the situation and the restaurants should be open today.
