ROCK FALLS — A Rock Falls man is going to federal prison for dealing meth. Thomas Dugger was sentenced to eight years after pleading guilty earlier this year to one count of distribution of five grams or more of methamphetamine. Duggar admitted that in July 2021, he sold more than 55 grams of meth.
