ROCHELLE — Rochelle Municipal Utilities is accepting applications for its Utility Assistance Program. Customers can apply with 30 days of income documentation. Those who received LIHEAP earlier this year may still qualify by submitting their LIHEAP approval letter. Eligible households at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines can receive up to $750 in utility bill credits per calendar year. Applications are available online at rmu.net.
