ROCHELLE – Rochelle schools begin the new school year Wednesday for students in grades 1 through Seniors. Kindergarteners will start Friday, and preschool students at Stepping Stones will begin next Tuesday. Superintendent Dr. Jason Harper said staff and teachers are ready for another strong year. He urged the community to be patient with crossing guards, buses, and student drop-offs as routines get established.
