ROCHELLE — The Union Pacific Railroad crossing on 1st Avenue/Jack Dame Drive between North 15th Street and Jack Dame Drive will be closed September 8–15 for concrete curb median improvements and other safety upgrades. Work is expected to be completed by 4 p.m. on September 15, weather permitting. Detours and traffic control devices will be posted in the area during construction.
