Rochelle Proclaims Constitution Week

ROCHELLE – Mayor John Bearrows has proclaimed Sept. 17 through 23, 2026, as Constitution Week in Rochelle. The proclamation recognizes Sept. 17 as the 239th anniversary of the framing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787 and calls on residents to recognize the document and the freedoms it protects.
