ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Police and Fire Departments will host National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5th from 5 to 8 p.m. at Atwood Park, offering an evening of family-friendly fun and community connection. Residents are invited to meet local officers and firefighters while enjoying music, free hot dogs, snow cones, and activities for children. The event takes place at Atwood Park, located on 10th Avenue between 16th and 20th Streets.
“It’s our favorite event of the year, absolutely bigger and better than ever,” said Rochelle Police Chief Pete Pavia.
“The setup is just a little different this time. It’s the first time we’re doing it this way, and while I’m not giving away too much, it’s unlike anything we’ve done in recent years. Stop by for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch.”
