Rochelle Municipal Utilities Offering Utility Bill Assistance

ROCHELLE — Rochelle Municipal Utilities is continuing to accept applications for its Residential Utility Assistance Program, which provides up to $750 in annual bill credits for eligible households. The program, funded through the sale of renewable energy credits, is open to RMU residential customers with combined household incomes at or below 200 percent of federal poverty guidelines. Applicants can qualify with 30 days of income documentation or by submitting a LIHEAP approval letter from earlier this year.
