Rochelle Mayor Proclaims Professional Municipal Clerks Week

ROCHELLE — Mayor John Bearrows has proclaimed May 3–9, 2026, as Professional Municipal Clerks Week in the City of Rochelle. The proclamation recognizes the Office of the Professional Municipal Clerk as a vital part of local government, serving as a link between citizens, governing bodies, and other government agencies. Mayor Bearrows extended appreciation to City Clerk RoseMary Huéramo, Deputy Clerks Rosie Belmonte, Brittany Olszewski, and Jenny Thompson, and all municipal clerks for their dedication, neutrality, and service to their communities.
